Hardware maintenance and safety:-

• keyboard- As you realize that you utilize the keyboard for typing, never keep a glass of water or some tea/coffee or any sort of fluid close to it while working, if mistakenly it falls on the keyboard, it can harm it. Aside from this, the keyboard gets harmed because of dust and dirt, and the buttons get stuck because of dust, so continue to clean it with a brush every once in a while.

• LED- Do not utilize water to clean the LED or screen, for this utilization of compound cleaning equipment, water can be damaging to it.

• DVD Writer - Never placed fake or scratch CDs and DVDs in DVD Writer.

• CPU - Use a blower to clean the CPU, first turn off the supply completely then open the cover and clean it with blower air, this will eliminate all the dust from the CPU, take care not to lose any wires or links. 

• UPS - Often a few clients associate the laser printer directly with their UPS and when the light goes off, the heap of the laser printer goes directly to the UPS, this can harm the UPS, so don't do this.
